Abby has a masters in International Human Rights Law (LLM) with a focus on EU law, asylum law and SOGI asylum claims in the EU. Whilst studying Anthropology of Human Rights and law at the University of Western Australia, they took interest in refugee rights in Australia and the off-shore detention centres. Besides working with refugees and vulnerable migrants in Calais and Brighton, Abby has advocated for the rights of different minority groups in the UK, including SOGI rights, disability rights, and rights of SGBV survivors.
